Customer Terms & Conditions

SHIPPING POLICY

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.


2. Delivery Time

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.  An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.  Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].  Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery,  and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.


3. Shipping Costs

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.  Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.  To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

5. Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.


6. Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

REFUND POLICY

We guarantee your satisfaction! Though it's very rare, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we want to know about it. We stand behind our products and services 100%. If you think something doesn't match up to our description of it, you may return the unused portion for a refund or exchange, the original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.  This offer is void if the product is more than 50% used. 

Step 1: Send an email to The Feel Great Company including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and the purchase order number (found on the receipt) and tell us why you are requesting a refund or exchange.

  -It is mandatory to include the Purchase Order Number as this is equivalent to your sales receipt.

  -All returns must be authorized by The Feel Great Company in writing prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange. 

  -Customer Service will provide you a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. 


Step 2: Receive an RMA number from The Feel Great Company and follow the instructions included in the email.

  -The Feel Great Company will email you your RMA Number.

  -Return the unused portion of your item(s), as is, within 30-days from the date of purchase.  

  -The RMA number is to be displayed on the outside shipping carton and included in the subject line of any email or written correspondence.


Step 3: Return and/or exchange the product to The Feel Great Company. Please do not ship products without an RMA number. 

  -You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred to ship the item(s) back to our facility. 

  -Packages that are returned without an RMA number will be refused upon returning to the warehouse(s).


Step 4: The Feel Great Company will issue you a refund or exchange the products and/or services.

  -Once we receive your return, we will gladly exchange your item(s) or return your money.

  -Refunds may be settled using the same payment method used to pay for the original purchase. 

  -All refunds and exchanges will typically be done within 30 days from the date that the product was returned or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Product:

  -If a product is damaged or defective, you are responsible to contact us within ten (10) business days from the purchase date. We will issue a call tag for the product and gladly send a replacement. Please do not discard any   product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by customer service in writing. We will inspect the undesirable product upon receipt.

  -In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete you must report to Customer Service that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within ten (10) business days from the purchase date.

3. Cancel Loyalty Reward Orderby Email

Loyalty Reward OrderOrders and Subscriptions be cancelled at any time by submitting a written notice at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled processing date.  To cancel an Loyalty Reward OrderOrder or Subscription, submit a completed Loyalty Reward Order/ Subscription Cancellation Form via email to The Feel Great Company
